My Exercise Plan

Note: the following exercise plan was made for me and no one else. It is always wise to consult your doctor before beginning an exercise regimen.

Because I had a heart attack and I have basically been sitting on my ass for quite awhile it is best for me to start out slow. So for the first 3 weeks all I am going to do is walk. I am going to begin with 30 minute walks and build up from there.
